 We strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, we  understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we aim to  facilitate any necessary solutions.  Faulty or Damaged Goods: We take pride in the quality of our products. If your print arrives  damaged or faulty, we'll have it replaced promptly. If the packaging or  print appears significantly damaged upon delivery, please refuse it,  take a photo, and immediately contact us.  Should you notice any damage after receiving your print, please reach  out to us within 3 days of delivery with photos showing the damage.  We'll guide you through the process.   Our prints should precisely match the portrayal on our website. If you  find any discrepancies that affect your satisfaction, please contact us.  We'll investigate and prioritize arranging a reprint for you, at no  extra charge.  Cancellations and Changes: Because we craft each order based on your specifications, we regret that  cancellations or alterations (including print selection and size)  cannot be accepted once your order is placed. However, before dispatch,  we can accommodate changes to your email or shipping address if needed.  Please inform us promptly.  Change of Mind: As our prints are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for  changes of mind or incorrect size choices. We encourage you to take your  time in selecting the perfect print. If uncertain, feel free to seek  our advice for a second opinion. One tip is to cut a sheet of paper to  the exact size of the print you're considering and temporarily fix it on  the wall for a better visual assessment.
